These demos are intended as a guide to our software only. The demo is limited to 30 address lookups, restricted by your IP address because access to address information is limited by the Royal Mail's data licence. If you would like to lookup more than 30 addresses and use the product more regularly, contact our sales team who will be happy to help.

PostCoder Web SOAP is a service we offer for developers to integrate "address lookup" or a "find my nearest" search into a website. This demo simply shows the searches that are available. Please select a search type, enter your address details and click "find address". To try the service free for 10 days on your website register now online. Please note the full version requires technical development knowledge.
Premise Level + Google Map
The 'Premise' is a house name or number of a property. A Google map can optionally be displayed with the address as shown below. Enter a Postcode, or all known details of the address, separated by commas (e.g. 13 Spruce Court, LOWESTOFT) and click 'Find Address'. If there is more than one result, select the correct address from the list to see the full address.
Street Level
The street address search will return a street level address from a given Postcode. Please type your Postcode into the box. The user must then enter the building name or number manually to complete the address. This low cost option is ideal for fast address completion on your website where users know their Postcodes.
Grids
Grid References allows you to return OS 100M grid references for a given Postcode. This enables features such as 'Find My Nearest' to be integrated into your website.
GeoData
GeoData contains the geographical information about an address, such as OS 100m Grid References, Local Authority ward codes and names, and NHS data. Simply type in a Postcode to retrieve the GeoData information. This is particularly useful if you would like to identify the administrative area within which a Postcode lies, for example.
